Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh (RTP) provides free home repairs, modifications, and renovations to create safe and livable houses and serves low-income homeowners, seniors, veterans, and people with permanent disabilities. RTP is currently seeking applications for free home repair for Elizabeth Borough residents.

To apply, Borough residents must have lived in their homes 3+ years, be up to date on real estate taxes/payment plans and qualify at or below 200% of the federal poverty guideline.
